Special Events

The Ariel is host to different festivals, fairs and annual events throughout the year, including the Prom Style Review in Jan., the Black History Celebration in February, the Tri-County Gospel Sing in May, Oboes on the Ohio Double Reed Festival in Oct., the Emancipation Proclamation Celebration in Sept.,  the Merry Tuba Christmas and Voices of Christmas in Dec.. Oboes on the Ohio

A gathering of double-reed instrument players from across the country, featuring workshops, music reviews, instrument exchanges, and ending in a unique recital the first Saturday in October.

Join the fun at the ARIEL MERRY TUBACHRISTMAS!MERRY TUBACHRISTMAS is created by Harvey Phillips and will be presented in over 250 cities throughout the United States and in several foreign countries. TUBACHRISTMAS ensembles may attract participants aged 8 to over 90 years!  Always the second Saturday in December. December 12, 2015 2:00 pm
