Born September 5, 1934 in Gallipolis, OH to the late Harold Elmer and Edna Lee McKean Dailey. He had one brother William Dailey, who preceded him in death. He later lived in Hilliard and Russell’s Point/Indian Lake, OH. After a short illness, he passed away peacefully on September 21, 2017 surrounded by family at the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center.
